Parents announce Forgac-Newton engagement

The engagement of Mandy Jane Forgac of Youngstown and James L. Newton of Girard is being announced by their parents.
The bride-elect is a daughter of David J. Forgac of Naples, Fla., and Bonnie K. Brice of Youngstown. The prospective groom is a son of John and Essie Lehotay of Masury and the late Stanley O. Newton,
Miss Forgac graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree and is a student at Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.
Mr. Newton, a police officer with Liberty Township Police Department, graduated from YSU with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice.
The couple will issue invitations for the outdoor wedding they are planning for 3 p.m. Aug. 18 and also for their evening reception at Mollica's Banquet Center, Niles.
