Williams jubilee marked at Mass, family dinner

HUBBARD -- For the observance of their 50th wedding anniversary, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Williams, 246 Elmwood Drive, renewed their marriage vows during a Mass May 5 at St. Patrick Church. They later were honored during a family dinner at Jimmy Chieffo's Restaurant, Warren.
Hosts and hostesses for the event were the honorees' children and spouses, Ann Marie and Mike Nicora and Bill and Janet Williams, all of Hubbard; Bob and Jeanne Williams of Stowe; and Nancy Williams of Canfield.
The former Ann Roman and Mr. Williams exchanged vows May 5, 1951, at St. Patrick Church, where they are members.
A homemaker, Mrs. Williams is a member of Opti-Mrs. Club of Hubbard and K. of C. Ladies. She has been a volunteer for Forum Health for 15 years.
Mr. Williams is the owner of Williams Machine Co. Inc. He is a member of the Optimist Club of Hubbard, Knights of Columbus, St. Vincent dePaul Society and Hubbard Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Williams served in the U.S. Navy.
The family circle also includes nine grandchildren. A son, Danny Guy Williams Jr., is deceased.
