Surprise dinner party held to honor Mancinis on golden anniversary

YOUNGSTOWN -- A surprise dinner party was held April 21 at Bruno's Restaurant and Catering in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Mancini Sr., 73 N. Edgehill Ave., who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
Arrangements for the festivities were made by their family, Linda and Howard Mancini Jr. of Canfield, Richard Mancini of Cleveland, and Robert Mancini and Ronald Mancini, both of Austintown. There are two grandchildren in the family.
The former Virginia Koker and Mr. Mancini were married April 21, 1951, at St. Brendan Church. They are members of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
Mrs. Mancini retired in 1985 from Mr. B Foods, where she was a caterer, and Mr. Mancini retired in 1983 from his position as welder at Youngstown Steel Door Co.
