HUBBARD -- Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home for Marguerite C. Ramsay, 80, of 601 W. Park Ave., Apt. 313, who died late Thursday in Forum Health Northside Medical Center after a short illness.
Mrs. Ramsay was born Aug. 4, 1920, in Hubbard, a daughter of Carl and Mary Moss Creed, moving to McDonald in 1943 and to Hubbard in 1986. She was a secretary from 1939-43 for Hubbard Bank, which later became Dollar Bank.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and Hubbard Garden Quest and a former member of Woodland Park United Methodist Church in McDonald, its women's society and literary guild.
Her husband, former councilman and McDonald Mayor, Joseph Ramsay, whom she married June 5, 1943, died Nov. 26, 1983.
She leaves a daughter, Karen Cohol of Hubbard; a brother, Donald Creed of Sun City, Ariz.; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A son, C. Bruce Ramsay, is deceased.
Friends may call from noon until time of services at the funeral home.
