CAMPBELL -- Since returning from a honeymoon in the Bahamas, Keith Glaros and his bride, the former Julie Gioppo are living in Boardman. The couple exchanged vows before Monsignor John Ashton at 2 p.m. March 31 at St. Lucy Church.
A reception was held at St. Mary Assumption Social Center, Youngstown, for the daughter of Jim and Brenda Gioppo, 1513 Tamarisk Trail, Boardman, and the son of Kathleen Ashton of Ashtabula, Gus Glaros of Indiana, and William Vrabel of Boardman.
A graduate of Kent State University with a degree in marketing, Mrs. Glaros is an assistant buyer with American Outfitters in Pittsburgh.
The groom earned a degree in health information management at the University of Pittsburgh. He is a senior consultant with Siemens Corp. in Pittsburgh.
The bride wore an ivory sheath designed with short sleeves, a V-neckline and drop V-style waistline with a detachable cathedral-length train.
Honor attendant was Tammy Gioppo of Boardman, the bride's sister. Bridesmaids were Judy Sgambati of Cincinnati, the bride's cousin; Amanda Nosal of New York; and Kate Colla, Beth Patch and Lori Russo, all of Boardman.
Kevin Glaros of Glen Burnie, Md., was best man for his brother. Groomsmen were Gino Gioppo of Boardman, the bride's brother; Joe Gallo of Poland, the bride's cousin; Mike Commesso of Hopewell, Pa.; Josh Maxwell of Atlanta; and Robert Francis of Pittsburgh.
