YOUNGSTOWN -- Home Savings and Loan Co. has named Darlene Pavlock executive director of the Home Savings Charitable Foundation. She has worked for the bank since 1972, most recently as executive assistant and bank officer. She lives in Girard and has a bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University.
HERMITAGE -- Kenneth George has been promoted to assistant vice president in the consumer lending department at First National Bank of Pennsylvania. He had been in the sales finance department. The Struthers resident earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University.
CANFIELD -- After the acquisition of Security Dollar Bank, Farmers National Bank recently promoted these bank officers: Dan Cerroni, vice president loans and regional loan officer for Trumbull County; Joseph Chapman, vice president, collection department manager; Pam Cleghorn, assistant cashier and assistant branch administrator; Barbara Fisher, vice president, deposits and marketing; Roy Jackson, vice president, indirect loan department; Fred Kotheimer, vice president, loan review; Keith Leonard, assistant vice president and Austintown branch manager; and Larry White, vice president and Salem branch manager.

Farmers announced these newly appointed managers: Lynn Bowers, administrative assistant at the Niles office; Linda Robertson, Mineral Ridge branch manager; and Linda Streb, Niles drive-up branch supervisor.
FINANCE
YOUNGSTOWN -- Butler, Wick & amp; Co. has hired Michael Paterchak as director of retail branch development and sales, which is a new position. A native of Latrobe, Pa., Paterchak is moving to the Youngstown area. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.
WARREN -- Gussie Reed has been promoted to select employee group development and relations manager at Seven Seventeen Credit Union. She had been marketing manager.
HEALTH
YOUNGSTOWN -- Susan Stewart of Liberty has been named director of strategic marketing at Humility of Mary Health Partners. She had been director of marketing, planning and public relations at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. She earned a master's degree in health services administration from the University of Michigan and a bachelor's degree in Russian studies from the University of Virginia.

GIRARD -- Eric Clark has been named a partner in the accounting firm of Garland & amp; Schellhorn. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University and lives in Austintown.

INDEPENDENCE -- Michael Hill of Austintown has been hired as manuscript editor at the Cleveland Content Center of West Group. He had been editor of weekly newspapers in Canfield. He earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Hiram College.

BOARDMAN -- Alicia Miller has been named media director at Prodigal Media Co. She had been director of media services at Van Fossan & amp; Associates and Winner Advertising. Prodigal also named Matt Mighell senior copywriter/producer. He had been copywriter.
BEACHWOOD -- Ronald Cusano has been promoted to vice president, management supervisor at Marcus Thomas. He works in the Beachwood and Austintown offices. He had been vice president, account supervisor. He lives in Boardman and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University. Valerie DiTommaso has been promoted to account executive at Marcus Thomas' Beachwood office. She had been project manager. The Boardman native is a graduate of Kent State University.

COLUMBUS -- Jacqueline DeGenova, a Poland native, has been named chief of the consumer protection section for Ohio Attorney General Betty Montgomery. She had been assistant chief. She is a 1991 graduate of Capital University Law School and earned a bachelor's degree in English literature from Miami University in 1987.
MARKETING
AUSTINTOWN -- Kimberly Black has joined InfoCision Management Corp. as a personnel secretary in the operations department at its Austintown call center. The Austintown resident had been sales and administrative assistant for Youngstown Kenworth.
