BERLIN CENTER -- Services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown, for Helene C. Albright Helsel, 49, of 16652 Heiser Road, who died of smoke inhalation Wednesday morning in a fire in her residence.
Mrs. Helsel was born Oct. 25, 1951, in Bordeaux, France, a daughter of Ralph and Therese C. Bugalski Bowman, and came to the Youngstown area in 1967. A graduate of Elizabeth Foreward High School in Elizabeth, Pa., she was a homemaker and a member of Deerfield Evangelical Church and its Quaker Circle.
Besides her husband, Donald, she leaves her father of New York City; her mother and stepfather, Therese and Edgar Spaulding of Dayton; a son, Kevin D. Albright of Woodland Park, Colo.; a brother, Edgar M. Spaulding of San Pedro, Calif.; and a grandmother, Loretta Finster in New Jersey.
Friends may call two hours before the service at the funeral home.
