FLORENCE K. FABER, 81

SHARON, Pa. -- Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph Church for Florence K. Faber, 81, of 293 N. Oakland Ave., who died Friday in Sharon Regional Health System's skilled-care unit after a short illness.
Mrs. Faber was born Dec. 15, 1919, in Sharon, a daughter of Peter and Fannie Merat Koch, and was a lifelong area resident. She was an alumna of Sharon High School and a member of the church.
Besides her husband, Michael, whom she married July 5, 1941, she leaves a son, Michael of Warren; a daughter, Peg Hamelly of Sharon; a sister, Rose Baron of Erie, Pa.; 15 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A son, Edward M., two brothers, Paul and Joseph V. Koch, a sister, Sister Mary Gabriel Koch R.S.M., and two grandchildren are deceased.
Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home, Sharon; and at 9:15 a.m. Monday, where a prayer service will be conducted before leaving for the church.
