ELLA JEAN WIGGINS, 42

YOUNGSTOWN -- Services will be at noon Monday in Victory Lutheran Church, 2110 Glenwood Ave., for Ella Jean Wiggins, 42, of 350 Falls Ave., who died Tuesday in Forum Health Northside Medical Center of renal failure.
Ms. Wiggins was born Jan. 21, 1959, in Youngstown, a daughter of Leroy and Anna Harris Wiggins Sr., and lived here all her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the church.
She leaves her parents of Youngstown; two daughters, Shermanita and Tamika Wiggins, both of Youngstown; two sisters, Vanessa and JoAnn Wiggins, both of Youngstown; two brothers, Leroy Wiggins Jr. of Pittsburgh and Billie Wiggins of Youngstown; and two grandchildren.
A son, Johnathan Wiggins, is deceased.
Friends may call for one hour before the service in the church. Arrangements are by Black & amp; Phillips Funeral Home.
