CIRENYA C. ROSE, 32 Taught biology at The Rayen School



AUSTINTOWN -- Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in First Unitarian Church for Cirenya C. Rose, 32, of 3175 S. Redgate Lane, who died of cancer Thursday at home.
Mrs. Rose was born Jan. 17, 1969, in Youngstown, a daughter of Lauren and Marcia Bahe Schroeder, and was reared in Cambridge, Ohio, before coming to this area.
She was a 1987 graduate of John Glenn High School, Cambridge, and a 1993 graduate of Youngstown State University, where she received her degree in secondary education specializing in biology. She was a member of Delta Zeta sorority.
She taught biology at The Rayen School for five years.
A member of the church, she was head of its religious education program.
Besides her mother, Marcia Jacobs of Owatonna, Minn., she leaves her father and stepmother, Lauren and Edith Schroeder of Poland; her husband John, whom she married June 29, 1996; a brother, Greg Schroeder of Port Washington, N.Y.; a half brother, Trent Jacobs of Appleton, Wis.; two stepbrothers, Richard Ciotola of Columbus and John Ciotola of Akron; and her grandparents, Marcella Bahe of Minneapolis and Alfred and Eva Schroeder of Eagle Bend, Minn.
A brother, Brent Schroeder, is deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland, and a half-hour before services in the church.
