THOMAS V. CONDRICK JR., 41

AUSTINTOWN -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Lane Funeral Home, Austintown, for Thomas V. Condrick Jr., 41, of 4150 Pembrook, who died of complications from respiratory failure Monday at the Cleveland Clinic.
Mr. Condrick was born July 24, 1959, in New Kensington, Pa., a son of Thomas V. Sr. and Arlene Smeltzer Condrick, coming to this area in 1975.
A 1977 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School, he was in the shipping department of Schwebel's Baking Co. for over 20 years.
Besides his mother of Austintown, he leaves a son, Kyle of Youngstown; and two sisters, Linda Nims of Austintown and Diana Mamone of Canfield.
His father is deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
