MARJORIE L. YECKEL, 90



BOARDMAN -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Davis Funeral Home for Marjorie L. Yeckel, 90, of 38 Woodrow Ave., who died Tuesday in Caprice Health Care Center.
Mrs. Yeckel was born Nov. 26, 1910, in Youngstown, a daughter of Herbert A. and Marjorie Bradshaw Watwood, and was a lifelong area resident.
She was a homemaker, and for 10 years was a waitress for Howard Johnsons in Boardman beginning in the mid-1950s.
Her husband, Charles W., whom she married Nov. 30, 1948, died Jan. 6, 2001.
She leaves a daughter, JoAnn Carissimi of Boardman; three sons, Charles Dennis Yeckel of Girard, James E. Nichols of Boardman and William H. Nichols of Poland; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
A brother, Edward J. Watwood, and a grandson are deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. today and for one hour before services on Friday at the funeral home.
