YOUNGSTOWN -- Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. in Holy Name of Jesus Church for Lillian T. Sinkovich, 67, of 661 N. Rhoda Ave., who died of a heart ailment Wednesday morning in Forum Health Northside Medical Center.
Mrs. Sinkovich was born Oct. 25, 1933, in Youngstown, a daughter of Paul and Anna Podracsky Matuscak.
A graduate of Chaney High School, she worked for Giant Eagle on Logan Way for more than 15 years, and retired in 1986 as deli manager. She was a member of the church and American Croatian Club.
Her husband, Edward J. Sr., whom she married Feb. 1, 1964, died June 8, 1996.
She leaves a son, Edward Jr. of Youngstown; two daughters, Brenda Johnson of New Middletown and Cathey Marker of Holmesville, Ohio; two brothers, Paul Matuscak of Youngstown and John Matuscak of Struthers; three sisters, Helen Greiner and Dorothy Mancini, both of Youngstown, and Martha Billec of Austintown; and four grandchildren.
A sister, Ann Szmara, is deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
