ANN L. HASH, 84

NORTH JACKSON -- Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. James Church for Ann L. Hash, 84, of 4051 S. Bailey Road, who died late Tuesday in St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown.
Mrs. Hash was born May 29, 1916, in Brooklyn, N.Y., a daughter of Harry and Mary Sakowicz Skrobot.
She worked at U.S. Steel Co. as a head cook for the superintendents until her retirement. A member of the church, she was a member of Keen Agers of North Jackson and a 1934 graduate of Youngstown East High School.
Her husband, James R. Sr., whom she married July 11, 1936, died Aug. 11, 1975.
She leaves two sons, James Jr. of Newton Falls and Frederick P. Sr. of North Jackson; a daughter, Beverly Starr of Canfield; a brother, Frank Skrobot in Florida; nine grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Two sisters, Helen Taylor and Delores Keck, and two brothers, Stanley and Peter Skrobot, are deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Lane Funeral Home, Austintown.
