VITTORIA D'ONOFRIO, 79

WARREN -- Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Peter Rossi & amp; Son Memorial Chapel and at 10 a.m. in St. Pius X Church for Vittoria D'Onofrio, 79, of 2273 Stewart Drive N.W., who died of a heart attack Saturday afternoon in Forum Trumbull Memorial Hospital's emergency room.
Mrs. D'Onofrio was born Oct. 8, 1921, in Warren, a daughter of Giovanni and Angelina DiMauro Bisanti. She lived in Vieste, Italy, from 1924 until 1953, when she returned to Warren. She was a homemaker and a member of the church. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and traveling.
Her husband, Sante, whom she married April 7, 1956, died March 15, 1998. She leaves two sons, Vincent D'Onofrio of Warren and Dr. John D'Onofrio of Alexander, Ark.; a daughter, Mrs. Maria Butch of Cortland; two sisters, Nina Bisante of Vieste, Italy, and Mrs. Libera Ciazzia of Bari, Italy; and six grandchildren.
Two brothers and two sisters are deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
