STELLA MOSES, 80



NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Private services were Saturday at Ed & amp; Don DeCarbo Mill Street Funeral Home for Mrs. Stella Moses, 80, of 222 W. Edison Ave., who died of infirmities Friday morning in St. Francis Hospital.
Mrs. Moses was born Oct. 30, 1920, in New Kensington, Pa., a daughter of Slaman Sabbagh and Helen Obade Hanna. She had worked at Shenango China and had baked bread for area restaurants and markets.
She was a member of St. Elias Orthodox Church.
Her husband, Samuel A., died Oct. 9, 1997. She leaves a daughter, Corinne Zarlengo of New Castle; two sons, Marshall A. of New Castle and Daniel E. of Las Vegas; a brother, Samuel Hanna of Baden, Ill.; four sisters, Elmaza Michael and Marie Bitar, both of New Kensington, Mary Bird of Mount Pleasant, Pa., and Ruth Wilson of Prospect, Pa.; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Four sisters, Amelia Zabec, Effie Alex, Ann Thomas and Lillian Chakur, and three brothers, John, Mark and Albert Hanna, are deceased.
