PHILIP C. LASCOLA, 91

NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Vitus Church for Philip C. LaScola, 91, of 916 Winslow Ave., who died Saturday afternoon in Jameson Memorial Hospital.
Mr. LaScola was born March 23, 1910, in New Castle, son of Joseph and Catherine Gurgiolo LaScola. He was the retired owner of Philip LaScola Fruit and Produce Co.
He was a member of the church.
He leaves his wife, the former Elvira E. Favorite, whom he married March 26, 1935; two daughters, Sally Gurgiolo of New Castle and Linda LaScola-Siebens of Washington, D.C.; a son, Richard J. LaScola of North Ridgeville, Ohio; a brother, Lawrence LaScola of New Castle; six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Two brothers, Sam and Joseph LaScola, are deceased.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Ed & amp; Don DeCarbo Mill Street Funeral Home.
