MURIEL DEMETRICE HARRIS-WILLIAMS, 46



WARREN -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Antioch Baptist Church in Lovejoy, Ill., for Muriel Demetrice Harris-Williams, 46, of 170 Penn St. N.W., who died of a heart attack Saturday in Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Harris-Williams was born Nov. 16, 1954, in St. Louis, Mo., a daughter of Ira D. and Audrey Harris Matlock. She worked for General Motors Fabrication Plant in Lordstown for 17 years.
She was a 1972 graduate of Lovejoy High School, a member of United Auto Workers Local 1714 and enjoyed music.
Besides her husband, Hosie Williams, whom she married July 17, 1994, she leaves two sons, De'Veon M. Matlock of Buffalo, N.Y., and Roger Harris Jr. of Warren; a daughter, Shaconjula A. Matlock of Buffalo; a brother, Ira D. Matlock Jr. of Las Vegas, Nev.; two sisters, Judith A. St. John of East St. Louis, Ill., and Murdis D. Matlock of Lovejoy; and eight grandchildren.
A daughter, Audrey Harris, is deceased.
Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at Officer Funeral Home, East St. Louis. Local arrangements are by Sterling-McCullough Williams in Warren.
