MARGARET L. WHITTAKER, 81

NILES -- Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Lane Funeral Home, Mineral Ridge, for Margaret L. Whittaker, 81, of Imperial Nursing Home, Warren, formerly of Niles, who died early Sunday morning in the nursing home.
Mrs. Whittaker was born Oct. 21, 1919, in Howland, a daughter of Ovid and Hazel I. McFadden Difford. She was a homemaker, a graduate of Howland High School and a member of Howland Community Church.
Her husband, Ralph, whom she married June 28, 1972, died July 8, 1991.
She leaves a stepdaughter, Mrs. Colleen Oyler in California; two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Cleal of Cortland and Mrs. Caroline Stevens of Dayton; two brothers, Glenn and Ralph Difford, both of Howland; and three grandchildren.
A sister, Mrs. Charlotte Ohl, is deceased.
Friends may call one hour before the service.
Contributions may be made to the church.
