Arrest: A 16-year-old Girard boy was charged with having drug paraphernalia and underage consumption, and another 16-year-old Girard boy was charged with underage consumption at St. Clair Court and Broadway Avenue.
Vandalism: The phone line of a residence in the 40 block of East Street was cut.
March 17
Trespass/theft: A male suspect entered the garage of a residence in the 200 block of Broadview Avenue and stole three tool boxes containing tools, a drill, a grinder and four tires.
Burglary: Someone kicked in a cellar window to gain entry to a residence in the 500 block of Trumbull Avenue. A large portable TV and a stereo were taken.

Auto damage: The window of a 91 Chevy Cavalier was pried open and the vehicle incurred many dents while parked in the driveway of a residence in the 100 block of Broadview Avenue.

Theft: A Motorola Star Tek cell phone was stolen from a vehicle parked at a residence in the 100 block of Trumbull Avenue.
Theft: A tool box and two buckets of roofing tools were stolen from a Chevy van parked in the 100 block of Miller Road.

Drug paraphernalia/abuse: A Youngstown male was arrested during a traffic stop on North State Street and charged with possession of part of a marijuana cigarette and rolling papers.

Vandalism: Suspects in a red Chevy van broke windows of cars parked in Ziggy & amp; Mike's Auto Clinic, 1429 S. State St.

Theft: Someone used the personal information of a female in the 3000 block of Hadley Avenue to obtain phone services from Ameritech totaling $148.

Theft: Someone stole four cigar boxes valued at $50 from Rite Aid, 2704 Belmont Ave.
Burglary: A person entered the sliding door of the balcony of a residence in the 1000 block of Naylor-Lloyd Road and stole a video game player and two video games.

Burglary: Someone entered an apartment in the 3000 block of Northgate Road and stole $200 and a compact disc.

Theft: Someone stole two cartons of cigarettes from Cigarette Express, 3814 Belmont Ave.

Breaking and entering: An unidentified person entered a garage in the 3000 block of Hadley Drive and stole a 1991 Buick Park Avenue.
Theft: A Youngstown female reported a license plate stolen from Nicks Auto Service, 3523 Belmont Ave.

Theft: Mail was stolen from the mailbox of a residence in the 600 block of Elmwood Drive.

Theft: A bike and scooter were stolen from the porch of a residence in the 100 block of West Park Avenue.

Arrest: Police arrested a male intruder at Reed Middle School, 150 Hall Ave., and Hubbard High School, 350 Hall Ave.
