YOUNGSTOWN -- Buckeye Eyes and Ears Block Watch meets at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in Word of Grace Church, 2734 Mount Vernon Ave. Councilman John Swierz, D-7th, will discuss community eyesores and city code enforcement.

BOARDMAN -- A tree-care seminar will be from 10 a.m. to noon April 7 in the township park community center.
