LIMELIGHT Awards, achievements



WARREN -- Three divisions of Toyota Motor Co. have recognized Delphi Packard Electric Systems for exceptional quality and delivery of its Ohio-built temperature sensors. Packard's Plant 46 in Warren supplies approximately 800,000 temperature sensors to Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America, New United Motor Manufacturing Inc. and Toyota of Japan.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Kenneth Perkins, a Youngstown native who works as a financial representative with New England Securities in Wintersville, Ohio, has been named to the AIM Summit Club based on his sales of AIM funds in 2000. He is a 16-year veteran of the insurance business.
HUBBARD -- Virginia Ottenberg, an Allstate Insurance agent based in Hubbard, has earned the company's Personal Finance Representative title. The designation qualifies her to provide customers with variable annuity, variable life and mutual fund products, in addition to traditional insurance products.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Gregory Greenwood of Greenwood Chevrolet has been re-elected president of the board of trustees for the Automobile Dealers Association of Eastern Ohio. A graduate of Lakeview High School, Cortland, Greenwood has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio University. He is president and dealer-operator of Greenwood Chevrolet in Austintown, and is president-dealer principal of Greenwood's Hubbard Chevrolet-Oldsmobile in Hubbard and Greenwood's Market Motor Co. in Boardman. He lives in Howland.
Other officers re-elected are Diane Sauer of Diane Sauer's Martin Chevrolet in Warren, vice president, and Bob Frederick Jr., of Frederick Motors in Boardman.
AUSTINTOWN -- An article produced by Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Retirement Services was recently featured in the national magazine Assisted Living Today. JoAnne McCliment, director of community relations for Shepherd of the Valley, wrote the article, called & quot;Conquering Guilt. & quot; Marketing Directors Carole Moore and Sheryle Snow also contributed. Moore, an 18-year veteran of the industry, oversees marketing and admissions at Shepherd's Howland site while Snow holds the same position at the company's Poland location. McCliment, a graduate student at Youngstown State University, is a free-lance writer and has been published nationally a number of times.
