HAZEL K. GIOVANNONE, 74

LORDSTOWN -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Peter Rossi & amp; Son Memorial Chapel, Warren, for Hazel K. Giovannone, 74, of 3521 Goldner Lane S.W., who died Friday morning in a private home in Niles after a long illness.
Mrs. Giovannone was born Feb. 5, 1927, in Boyer, W.Va., a daughter of Alex P. and Verna Wilfong Gregory, and came to the area in 1944. She worked for Packard Electric, the Golden Stallion, was an Avon representative and was a member of the Avon President's Club. She enjoyed baking and gardening.
Her husband, Benjamin, whom she married Aug. 25, 1945, died March 16, 1976.
She leaves two sons, Ralph W. of Newton Falls and Michael B. of Lordstown; four daughters, Sharon S. Furbee of Newton Falls, Carolyn M. Griffin of Johnston, Brenda L. Estlack of Wilmington, N.C., and Diane L. Heeter of Vienna; five brothers, Clay Gregory of Bazetta, Robert Gregory of Warren, Joseph Gregory of Green Township; Emery Gregory of Fontana, Calif., and Douglas Gregory of Gassville, Ark.; a sister, Bertha Nelson of Warren; and three grandchildren.
A brother, John Gregory, is deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
