LISBON -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Eells-Leggett Funeral Home for Elouise K. Miller, 77, of 43604 Morris Road, who died Friday morning in St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown.
Mrs. Miller was born April 3, 1923, in Lisbon, a daughter of Hershel and Freda Custer Chamberlain, and was a lifelong area resident. She was a clerk at Hamilton's Drug Store for 30 years, retiring in 1972. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Lisbon and Signal Civic Club. She enjoyed reading.
Her husband, Andrew F., whom she married July 22, 1941, died May 5, 1987.
She leaves four daughters, Andrea F. Macuich and Leslie A. Miller, both of Lisbon, Freda M. Flask of Gustavus, and Elouise M. Bayer of Youngstown; two sons, John H. of Elk Grove, Calif., and Charles V. of Lisbon; four sisters, Audrey J. Snively of Salem, Esther M. Chamberlain and Donna M. Vulcan, both of Lisbon, and Ruth L. Schnarrenberger of Columbiana; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A sister, Elizabeth Chamberlain, died in infancy, and a grandson is deceased.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the scholarship fund of Signal Civic Club.
