Christie Bober, Robb Skruck to marry June 9

HUBBARD -- Rob and Donna Skruck, 717 Tom John Drive, are announcing the engagement of their son, Robb Skruck, 1210 Stoney Run Trail, Broadview Heights, to Christie Bober, 7656 Broadview Road, Parma, daughter of Carl and Kathy Bober, 661 N. Constitution Drive, Tucson, Ariz.
The couple will be married at 1 p.m. June 9 during an open ceremony at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Parma. Invitations will be extended for a reception at Stancato's Knights of Columbus in Garfield Heights.
The future bride is a graduate of Ohio State University in Columbus with a bachelor's degree in journalism. She is employed in advertising with GIE Media Inc. in Cleveland.
Mr. Skruck holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from OSU and is a sales engineer at MicroMotion in Solon.
