CALLIE LYNN MCNEAL, 49

FARRELL, Pa. -- Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at Temple Beth Israel Cemetery in Sharon for Callie Lynn McNeal, 49, of 1131 Walnut St., who died March 11 at home.
The Mercer County coroner's ruling is pending.
Miss McNeal, also known as "Achiyah," was born in Sharon, a son of Preston Greer and Beulah McNeal.
A 1969 graduate of Farrell High School where she was valedictorian, she received a full scholarship to the University of Pittsburgh.
She was a member of the temple where she taught religious education to the children. She also researched African history, culture and religion.
Besides her mother and father, both of Farrell, she leaves a brother, Dial McNeal in Massachusetts.
There are no calling hours. Contributions may be made to Stey-Nevant Public Library, 1000 Roemer Blvd., Farrell, 16121 or Temple Beth Israel, 840 Highland Road, Hermitage 16148. Arrangements are by J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home in Sharon.
