YOLA R. FELIX, 77

GIRARD -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Rose Church for Yola R. Felix, 77, of Shepherd of the Valley Care Center, formerly of Powers Avenue, who died Thursday at the center.
Mrs. Felix, also known as "Violet," was born Dec. 28, 1923, in Girard, a daughter of Jussippe and Angeline Cervone Scirocco, and was a lifelong area resident.
A homemaker, she was a member of the church and was active in the PTA.
She leaves her husband, Joseph A., whom she married June 6, 1946; four daughters, Janet Chine of North Jackson, Nancy McCullough of Boardman, Valerie McCourt of Girard and Pam Hurton of Cortland; a son, Joseph A. DeFelice of Portland, Ore.; two brothers, Louis Scirocco of McDonald and John Scirocco of Girard; two sisters, Mary Stizza and Josephine Morgan, both of Girard; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A brother, Ralph Scirocco, and four sisters, Rose Maderitz, Margaret Stibinger, Christina Russo and Doloris Scirocco, are deceased.
