Youngstown's control board approved these items Thursday:
Severance of $4,747 for Daniel F. Faraglia, who retired Feb. 28 as a housing adviser in the Community Development Agency.
Severance of $5,044 for Patrick Keevey, a firefighter who retired Feb. 12.
An agreement to provide $175,000 to the Northside Citizens' Coalition for a housing redevelopment project.
A development agreement with Shelly & amp; Sands, a regional paving company, which could bring up to 80 additional jobs to the city.
