MARGARET S. TAYLOR, 94



YOUNGSTOWN -- Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Park Vista Retirement Community Chapel for Margaret S. Taylor, 94, of Park Vista Retirement Home, who died Tuesday night at the home after a brief illness.
Mrs. Taylor was born Feb. 12, 1907, in Rossiter, Pa., a daughter of Robert Burns and Maude Griffith Stewart. She worked as a secretary at Dr. Carl Bailey's clinic in Sharon, and later worked as an elementary school teacher in Maryland and Pennsylvania, retiring in 1970 after 20 years.
She was a graduate of Sharon High School and Clarion State Teachers College, and was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Youngstown and Sharon First Presbyterian Church.
Her husband, the Rev. Theodore D., whom she married Sept. 24, 1934, died Jan. 5, 1987.
She leaves two sons, the Rev. Theodore D. II of Plymouth, Mich., and David S. of Columbus; two brothers, Richard L. Stewart of Vienna and Robert B. Stewart of Carlisle, Pa.; three granddaughters; and a great-granddaughter.
Three sisters, Phyllis Bryson, Roberta Muhlfelder and Barbara MacDonald; and a brother, Dr. Charles G. Stewart, are deceased.
There are no calling hours. Arrangements are by Joseph P. Brashen Funeral Service, Sharon. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
