DON F. McCLINTOCK, 85



LISBON -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Eells-Leggett Funeral Home for Don F. McClintock, 85, of 704 Sunset Drive, who died Wednesday afternoon in Salem Community Hospital after a brief illness.
Mr. McClintock was born Aug. 14, 1915, in Lisbon, a son of ErleH. and Nelli Stockman McClintock.
He was a pump assembler with Crane Deming Pump Co. of Salem for 40 years, retiring in 1979.
He was a member of the Lisbon First Christian Church, where he served as an elder and a deacon. He was a former member of the Youngstown Road Runners, was a swimming official at the Youngstown YMCA and served as a board member of the Lisbon Swimming Pool Commission.
He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II, and was a member of John J. Welsh American Legion Post 275.
He leaves his wife, the former Muriel Greig, whom he married Nov. 25, 1946; two sons, Greig E. of Lisbon and Don F. Jr. of Pittsford, N.Y.; a sister, Annetta Courtney of Lisbon; a brother, Forest B. of Lisbon, and four grandchildren.
Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the general fund of Lisbon First Christian Church, 225 E. Washington St., Lisbon 44432.
