MARTHA L. FEDORCHAK, 63

POLAND -- Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Kubina-Yuhasz Funeral Home, Youngstown, and at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Catholic Church for Martha L. Fedorchak, 63, of 7695 Clingan Road, who died Sunday in St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown.
Mrs. Fedorchak was born April 17, 1937, in Youngstown, a daughter of Louis and Anna Franko Zoldak. She was employed as a cook and bingo worker at the S.N.P.J. Activity Center. She was a member of the church.
She leaves four daughters, Linda Fedorchak of Cuyahoga Falls, Arlene Fedorchak-Overly of Columbus, Carol Fedorchak of Beltsvillle, Md., and Lisa Fedorchak-Zeik of Cincinnati; a sister, Mary Ann Zoldak of Youngstown; and two granddaughters.
A brother, Frank Zoldak, is deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
