A Trumbull County grand jury indicted 24 people Tuesday in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court, two of them secretly. The identities of those indicted secretly will not be released until they are arrested.
Ellen Lowery, 47, Franklin Avenue, Hubbard, two counts of deception to obtain a dangerous drug, two counts of illegal processing of drug documents and one count of aggravated possession of drugs.Maxine J. Phillips, 51, South Project Drive, Warren, three counts of forgery.Lewis C. Powell II, 21, Clearwater, Warren, felonious assault.Mark Emory Miller, 41, Poplar Street, Niles, felonious assault.Daniel Jack Prince, 20, Burghill, Ohio, grand theft of a motor vehicle and a count of theft.Lisa Layne, 40, Blossom Lane, Warren, two misdemeanor counts of arson.Jason J. Frantz, 20, Carlisle Road, Transfer, Pa., burglary, grand theft of a firearm and a misdemeanor count of theft.Daniel Nichols, 30, Beechwood Drive, Boardman, theft and two counts of forgery.Carl J. This indictment supersedes a previous indictment.
