JOHN B. BUSH, 58



YOUNGSTOWN -- Services will be at noon Friday in Union Baptist Church for John B. Bush, 58, of 514 Lakewood Ave., who died of heart failure Wednesday in St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Mr. Bush was born Aug. 30, 1942, in Clifftonville, Miss., a son of William and Lular Wells Jamison, and came to this area in 1966.
He worked at the Youngstown Foundry and later in the fabricating plant at General Motors Corp., Lordstown, for more than 30 years.
He was a member of the church and served on its trustee board. He also was a member of the United Autoworkers Local 1714 and the NAACP.
Besides his mother of Columbus, Miss., he leaves his wife, the former Elaine Anderson, whom he married Sept. 16, 1972; a son, Johnny Jr. of Memphis, Tenn.; four sisters, Leone Robinson, Mary Hunter and Geraldine Bush, all of Brookfield, Miss., and Fannie Shields of Madison, Wis.; three brothers, Sam Wells of Columbus, Miss., Willie Wells of Brookfield, Miss., and Watson Jamison of Youngstown; and four grandchildren.
Two brothers, James Tate and W. L. Jamison, preceded him in death.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Black & amp; Phillips Funeral Home and one hour before the service in the church.
