ROBERT R. YOUNG, 61

YOUNGSTOWN -- Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown, and at 11 a.m. in Holy Name of Jesus Church in Youngstown for Robert R. Young, 61, of 274 Westminster Ave., who died Sunday evening in Specialty Hospital of Mahoning Valley.
Mr. Young was born March 21, 1939, in Youngstown, a son of Parley and Antonia Vanenski Young.
He worked in the coke plant of Youngstown Sheet & amp; Tube, retiring in 1984, and was a member of the church and served in the Army.
His wife, the former Theresa Soberdash, whom he married June 30, 1962, died Jan. 25, 1997.
Besides his mother of Youngstown, he leaves three sons, Leslie of Boardman, and Brian and Mark, both of Youngstown; a brother, Morgan in Pennsylvania; and six grandchildren, including Matthew Young of Youngstown, whom he reared.
There are no calling hours.
