MAVIS R. STACK, 80

SALEM -- Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Trinity English Lutheran Church for Mavis R. Stack, 80, of Nashville, Tenn., formerly of Salem, who died Sunday morning in NHC Health Center in Dickson, Tenn.
Mrs. Stack was born July 3, 1920, in Center, Texas, a daughter of Hoyte and Arrie Beck Rudd.
She worked for Bruce Herron Real Estate in Salem. A member of the church and Salem Elks Lodge Auxiliary 305, she was a former member of Ladies Auxiliary of Salem Golf Club.
Her husband, Willard, whom she married Nov. 3, 1945, died Jan. 20, 1975.
She leaves a daughter, Michele Stack Harris of Kingston Springs, Tenn.; a sister, Nell Stoltze of Georgetown, Texas; and two granddaughters.
A daughter, Patrice Stack, is deceased.
Friends may call one hour before the service in the church. Contributions may be made to the church, 1089 E. State Street, Salem, or Salem Alumni Association, 328 E. State St., Salem.
The family requests that flowers be omitted. Arrangements are by Stark Memorial Funeral Home.
