ANTHONY T. DEMATTIO, 57

WARREN -- Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Peter Rossi & amp; Son Memorial Chapel for Anthony T. DeMattio, 57, of 2170 S. Leavitt Road S.W., who died of cancer Monday morning in Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
Mr. DeMattio was born April 29, 1943, in Warren, a son of Anthony and Domenica Pisegna DeMattio.
He graduated in 1962 from Warren G. Harding High School, served in the Army, and retired in 1997 after 14 years as a salesman at R.D. Banks Chevrolet in Champion and Jim Pace in Niles. Before that, he was a salesman for National Life Insurance Co.
He was a member of Austin Village Baptist Church and ITAM Post 30, and had been a Little League baseball coach in Warren and Leavittsburg.
He leaves his wife, the former Linda C. McVicker, whom he married Feb. 24, 1973; a son, James M. Ryan of Leavittsburg; a daughter, Amy DeMattio of Warren; two brothers, Joseph A. of Warren and Michael P. of Howland; and three grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and one-half hour before the service Thursday at the funeral home.
