DEWEY T. BRUCOLI, 87 Was owner of A & amp;D Tires for 35 years
POLAND -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Rossi Bros. Funeral Home for Dewey T. Brucoli, 87, of 335 McKinley Way, who died Sunday morning in St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Mr. Brucoli was born July 22, 1913, in Youngstown, a son of Pasquale and Anna Campana Brucoli. He was a lifetime area resident.
He was a 1933 graduate of The Rayen School. He served in the Army during World War II where he received the Soldier Medal of Valor for saving two men. He owned A & amp;D Tires for 35 years before retiring.
He was a member of First Christian Church in Liberty. He was also a member of the Latin Culture Foundation, ITAMS Post 3 Captain Marino Post and Sons of Italy Lodge 858
His wife, the former Mary Carmella Guerrini, whom he married Feb. 25, 1950, died April 26, 1987.
He leaves a son, Thomas of Howland; three daughters, Patricia White of Boardman, Vicki Evans of Strongsville and Mary Beth Lukach of Boardman; two sisters, Sue Gentilcore of Boardman and Violate DeCapita of Youngstown; and seven grandchildren.
Four brothers, Ben, Mario, Anthony and William; and three sisters, Fannie Galose, Florence DeBartolo and Delores Brucoli, are deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
