YOUNGSTOWN -- ACTION's Good Government Task Force will sponsor a public discussion of justice, ethics and a civil society in the Mahoning Valley from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday in John Knox Presbyterian Church at Market Street and Delason Avenue on the South Side.
Delegates to a symposium in Sicily on international organized crime will share their experience, and officials will discuss the local criminal justice system.
ACTION is a faith-based coalition of 25 congregations and groups seeking to improve the quality of life in the Valley.
Health fair to be held
YOUNGSTOWN -- A health fair by Eastern Behavioral Health Center and Youngstown State University Department of Nursing will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Eastern Partial Programs, 880 E. Indianola Ave.
