Boardman Optimists plan annual benefit

YOUNGSTOWN -- The Boardman Optimist Club will hold its 10th annual Fun Night on April 20 at the Italian-American Veterans Centre, 115 S. Meridian Road.
A social hour will begin the event at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7. Activities will include the Charles Harasom Memorial Reverse Raffle and cards.
The event is open to the public. Tickets are $60 and may be obtained by contacting any member or calling John D'Onofrio, (330) 726-6511 or (330) 726-1400, or Nan Yeager, (330) 758-6037. Tickets are limited. Proceeds will benefit the club's scholarship fund.
Mario Nero and D'Onofrio are co-chairmen and are being assisted by Chet Horlick, Bill Lowery, Pete Gabriel, Jim Baker, Peter Bulkley, Bob Patrick, Marty Yanic, David Croutch, Yeager, Kevin Duncan, Fred Kirven, Jan Cefalu and Gina Shutrump.
