Walgren-Handel engagement is announced

YOUNGSTOWN -- The engagement of Kate Walgren and Sean Handel, both of 2658 Webster St., San Francisco, is being announced by the prospective groom's parents, Edward and Marie Handel, 990 Brentwood Ave.
Parents of the bride-elect are Larry Walgren of Wisconsin and Polly Walgren of Powers Lake. Wis., formerly of McDonald.
Miss Walgren graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater with a bachelor's degree in management computer systems. She is a product manager with Baby Center.Com in San Francisco.
Mr. Handel, a senior product manager with Get There Inc. in Menlo Park, Calif., earned a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in computer science from Northwestern University.
The couple will issue invitations for their 1 p.m. Aug. 4 wedding at Seascape Resort in Aptos, Calif., where a reception will be held afterward by invitation.
