JOHN R. DECESARE, 71

MINERAL RIDGE -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lane Funeral Home, Mineral Ridge, for John R. DeCesare, 71, of 530 Carson-Salt Springs Road, who died early Friday in Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital, Warren.
Mr. DeCesare was born Aug. 26, 1929, in Wintersville, Ohio, a son of James V. and Jennie Quatrone DeCesare.
He retired as production manager in the late 1970s from Brainard Strapping Co., also working for Gasearch, later known as Eastern Petroleum, where he was product supervisor. He served in the Army's 354th Military Police Co. during the Korean War.
Besides his wife, the former Marilyn Grace, whom he married March 21, 1953, he leaves four sons, David J. and Paul M., both of Mineral Ridge, William J. of Warren and Mark J. of Orlando, Fla.; a brother, Christopher of Wintersville; and seven grandchildren.
A brother, Frank, is deceased.
Friends may call for one hour before services Tuesday at the funeral home.
