VALDENE E. WELLS, 83

YOUNGSTOWN -- Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Green Haven Memorial Gardens, Canfield, for Valdene E. Wells, 83, of Crawfordsville, Ind., formerly of Youngstown, who died Thursday in Williamsburg Healthcare Center.
Mrs. Wells was born Dec. 12, 1917, in Kittanning, Pa., a daughter of Calvin and Elmgra Forester. She lived in Youngstown from 1941 to 1989.
She was a member of Mahoning United Methodist Church here and attended First United Methodist Church in Crawfordsville.
She leaves her husband, Wayne B., whom she married Oct. 2, 1938; two daughters, Judith Rauch of Crawfordsville and Janet Lands of Philadelphia; two sisters, Joan Prologo of Alliance and Jean Pyers in California; six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Two sisters and a brother are deceased.
Services also will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Hunt & amp; Son Funeral Home, Crawfordsville, where friends may call from 2 p.m. until the service.
