SOUTHINGTON -- Helen R. Hall, 87, of 3604 Painesville-Warren Road, died of a heart ailment Wednesday evening. Graveside services were to be at 1:30 p.m. today at Crown Hill Burial Park, Vienna (Hall).
WARREN -- Timothy Jon Shugart, 40, of 1169 Harrison St. N.E., died of cancer Thursday morning. Services will be at 8 p.m. Saturday at Shafer-Winans & amp; Lamer Funeral Home, Cortland.

YOUNGSTOWN -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers, for George Herman Woolensack, 57, of 3500 Champlain St., who died, apparently of a heart attack, Tuesday at his home. Among others, he leaves a daughter, Gwendolyn Zavarella of Jackson, Miss., and sons, Arthur of Struthers and Tod of Youngstown. The surname of the daughter and locations of sons were provided incorrectly for an earlier notice. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
