David and Connie (Rondao) Partain, who are stationed at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, N.M., .are announcing the birth of a son, Alec David, Feb. 19 at University Hospital of Albuquerque. The grandparents are Mrs. Ana Rondao of Bridgeport, Conn., and Mrs. Pauline Partain of McDonald.
