OLIVER HAROLD MARTIN, 72

NILES -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Powers Memorial Baptist Church, Hopewell, Va., for Oliver Harold Martin, 72, of Miles Avenue, Hopewell, formerly of Niles, who died Tuesday at home.
Mr. Martin was born June 29, 1928, in Niles, a son of Oliver S. and Winifred Glay Martin, and moved to Hopewell in 1976.
He was distribution superintendent for BOC Gases before retiring, and he was a member of the church.
Besides his wife, the former Mary K. Schiller, he leaves two daughters, Cynthia Kay Martin Kinsley of Chester, Va., and Pamela Winifred Martin of Dallas, Texas; a son, Keith O. of Hopewell; four sisters, Betty M. Bridgen and Dorothy M. Swauger, both of Niles, Vivian M. Martin of Girard and Edith M. Reese of Parma; two brothers, John F. of Columbiana and David A. of McDonald; and eight grandchildren.
Two brothers, Wesley and Billy, are deceased.
Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & amp; Son Funeral Home, 820 W. Broadway, Hopewell.
