Dr. Pedro Yap, 66, of Dartmoor Drive N.E., Warren, one count of engaging in pattern of corrupt activity, 18 counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and one count of tampering with evidence. Freed after posting a $200,000 bond. Pretrial scheduled for March 21.
Sava Lezaic, 64, of North Park Avenue, Warren, three counts of deception to obtain a dangerous drug, three counts of insurance fraud and three counts of aggravated possession of drugs. Freed after posting a $15,000 bond. Pretrial scheduled for March 21.
Thomas G. Smith, 37, of Bristol-Townline Road, Bristolville, nine counts of deception to obtain a dangerous drug. Freed after posting a $2,500 bond. Pretrial set for Thursday.
John B. Luster, 23, Henn Hyde Road, Howland, two counts aggravated trafficking in drugs. Released after posting a $5,000 bond. Pretrial set for Thursday.

Susan M. Obradovich, 40, of Royal Mall Drive, Niles, two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs. Freed after posting a $5,000 bond. Pretrial set for Wednesday.
Larry Daniel, 53, of Southwest Boulevard, Warren, 11 counts of deception to obtain dangerous drugs, 11 counts of illegal processing of drug documents and four counts of aggravated possession of drugs. Freed after posting a $25,000 bond. Pretrial scheduled for Thursday.
