STRUTHERS -- Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Kirila Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. in Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church for Phillip E. Swantner, 34, of 83 Harvey St., who died Saturday morning in St. Elizabeth Health Center of injuries from an automobile accident.
Mr. Swantner was born March 25, 1966, in Youngstown, a son of Robert Sr. and Angeline Carbone Swantner.
He was a group leader for service technicians for Mud & amp; Lyman Enterprises. He graduated from Struthers High School in 1984 and spent two years in vocational school studying building maintenance.
He was a member of the church and the Mahoning Valley Sportsman Club, and played pool in the A.P.A. pool league.
Besides his mother of Struthers and his fianc & eacute;e, Teri Sevi of Struthers, he leaves five brothers, Joseph and Richard, both of Struthers, Robert Jr. of Austintown, Christopher of Macon, Ga., and James of Detroit; and a sister, Debbie Smith of Poland.
A brother, Paul, is deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
