TROY A. McCURDY, 59 Owned, operated Els Odds and Ends
JEFFERSON, Pa. -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home, Sharon, for Troy A. McCurdy, 59, of 1566 Bend Road, who died, apparently of a heart attack, Saturday morning in Sharon Regional Health System hospital.
Mr. McCurdy was born July 27, 1941, in New Castle, a son of Walter and Vera P. Espy McCurdy.
He and his wife owned and operated the Els Odds and Ends, an antique business on U.S. Route 62 in Jefferson.
He was an Army veteran and an Elvis fan and enjoyed country western music.
Besides his wife, the former Elnor R. Foster, whom he married Aug. 8, 1966, he leaves two daughters, April D. McCurdy of West Middlesex and Jeannette S. Watt; a son, Eugene R. of West Middlesex; two sisters, Doris Harrison of New Castle and Clara Myers of Sharon; two brothers, Arthur of Edinburg and Gerald of New Castle; and six grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
