10 earn Arrows of Light
Ten members of Cub Scout Pack 60 have earned the Arrow of Light, the highest award in Cub Scouting. The presentation came Feb. 24 as part of Pack 60's annual Blue and Gold dinner.
Cubmaster Brian Fountaine presented the awards to Vincent Calautti, Brody DiCioccio, Michael Fountaine, Jeff Liggitt, Frank Martin, Dean Mook, Matt Shilling, Corey Taylor, Kelby Thoreson and John Zellhart. Their den leader is Don Shilling, with assistants George DiCioccio, Paul Thoreson and Mike Zellhart.
Pack 60 is chartered to Westminster Presbyterian Church, Liberty.
ACCREDITATION
Counseling service
Daystar Counseling Service has been accredited for three years for its outpatient treatment and children's and adolescents' mental-health programs, according to the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission, a national organization.
This accreditation is awarded to organizations that show substantial fulfillment of the standards established by the commission.
It is the third consecutive multiple-year accreditation since 1994 for Daystar, which has offices in Austintown and Brookfield. Dr. W. Blythe Robinson is founder and director.
Daystar is a for-profit organization with offices at 1397 S. Canfield-Niles Road and 7433 Warren-Sharon Road. It has been providing outpatient treatment in the Mahoning Valley since 1987.
