JACK D. DIPINTO, 65 Was principal for Youngstown schools



BOARDMAN -- Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Clemente Funeral Home and at 11 a.m. in St. Nicholas Church, both in Struthers, for Jack D. DiPinto, 65, of 906 Pearson Circle #2, who died Saturday afternoon in St. Elizabeth Health Center Boardman Campus.
Mr. DiPinto was born May 2, 1935, in Youngstown, a son of Nick and Mary J. Greco DiPinto, and was a lifelong area resident.
He taught and was a principal for Youngstown schools from 1966 to 1991 and worked for the Ohio Turnpike Commission from 1963 to 1993.
He was a member of the church and the Struthers Gridiron Club and had been a member of Men's Bagnolese Club.
He received a bachelor's degree in education from Youngstown State University in 1966 and a master's in administration from Westminster College in 1969.
Besides his wife, the former Margaret Kish, whom he married July 20, 1957, he leaves two sons, Paul of Struthers and Jack of Calabasas, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
